Week 7, partway through

I awoke this morning chanting “I greet this day with love in my heart.” I said this so many times today as I swore, as I judged, as I felt compassion, grief, sadness, opportunity, gratitude, oh…so many emotions. I love roller coasters, but this ride was too much. I will take a few days to regroup and then begin my 7day attempt to remain positive, again.💜
